The biggest hurdle I ever had about upgrading our HVAC system was having to potentially deal with a contractor who does not care. Integrity is the complete opposite of that and I am really glad we decided to work with them. Highly recommend!

Sometime in April 2024 I asked Fidelity National to have my HVAC serviced prior to summer months. Benjamin Garcia from Integrity Air came and cleaned my HVAC system. He noticed that it was 18 years old and never cleaned. For a reasonable fee, he thoroughly cleaned my unit and added a few replacement parts. In July, the average temperature in Marysville was 107 degrees. I hardly noticed it. My system kept my temperature at 78 longer than ever before. Benjamin showed me videos and pictures of everything he did. I highly recommend Integrity Air for your HVAC needs.

We Have Heat!! After the tech came out of the attic we were told that there was a small leak in the roof we were unaware of too! Because of that, we were able to get fixed before major damages occured!!! Thank you!

I had several companies come out and give me an estimate when my AC went out not only was Integrity Air a reasonable price. He also brought into portable air conditioners for me to use until the part came in. Then this winter my heater went out and he had to come in and replace a whole new furnace. And when the thermostat wasn’t working properly, he came back And fix that. BENJAMIN and his whole crew are very professional and knowledgeable and his receptionist always returns calls and is always very polite and knowledgeable as well. I would recommend Integrity Air 100%.

We just wanted to give a huge shout out to Benjamin with Integrity Heating and Air! Our AC stopped working and he came out right away and was able to diagnosis and fix the problem so we were long suffering in the heat. He was super professional and made sure we understood what went wrong and what was needed.

I am so thankful for Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning! Benjamin and Rhonda are a great team! I had some repair & maintenance done on my current aging HVAC system last year (2024) with them, and upon this week's diagnostic visit we all agreed that it's that time for a new system. They easily walked me through the process with multiple options available. I look forward to my new HVAC system within the coming weeks! (I will update my review after installation.)
